Paul Kitching’s 21212 opened in Edinburgh in May 2009.
It has received rave reviews and numerous awards - including a Michelin Star in 2010.
It’s one of only four Michelin star restaurants in Edinburgh, and the only one with rooms.
The rooms are on the two upper levels of the house, and offer commanding views over the gardens to the rear, or the city of Edinburgh to the front.
