Pilgrim Bar

From its bar made with hundreds of discarded suitcases, to the original 1930’s cinema seating, to the restroom sinkssourced from a 1950’s rectory, or too the wall cladding reclaimed from discarded wooden pallets – almost 98% of all materials sourced in the making of Pilgrim are either salvaged, up-cycled or recycled, to not only ensure as small a carbon footprint as possible but also to create an ambience that is truly unique for Edinburgh.

Continuing the sustainable ethos, Pilgrim features many locally sourced craft beers to complement its eclectic array of premium spirits.

The food offering too, which has been carefully selected to ensure it is only prepared with the freshest ingredients, low in salt and sugar and free from artificial additives and preservatives, is likely to appeal to the bohemian clientele that Pilgrim is sure to attract.
