9 years ago, Three Dudes put their heads together and decided to bring the Dudeism way of life to Glasgow.

After months of superhuman graft, they opened the doors to Lebowskis in 2007, situated in the lively residence of Glasgow's Finnieston.

Soon, Lebowskis had gained something of a cult following in the West End, wowing folk with the unique offer of OTT Burgers, White Russians, Great Beer, Live Music and an all round kickass vibe.

7 years later The Dudes decided to spread the gospel of Lebowskis a little further still.

With a slick new venue, and a more grown up, contemporary look, Lebowskis opened its doors in Glasgow’s Southside in June 2016.

Now in my 30s I still want to live the Sex and the City lifestyle but I also want to be best bud with Adam Richmond from Man V Food.

As a Man v Foodie I am always desperate to trying any vaguely Americanised food – so when ever I see Pulled Pork on the menu in any form I don’t even waste my time looking over the rest of the menu it’s a done deal!

So as you can imagine the first time I walking into Lebowskis on Argyle Street I nearly passed out with glee – its like stepping into a bar in Brooklyn with a menu to match.

The menu was full of various burgers and hot dogs – so as you can imagine its a fairly relaxed menu of tasty comfort food and not for the dieters amongst us!

I think this may become one of my regular spots… I adore the decor, menu and they have an extensive cocktail menu which always earns a bar bonus points with me – a good sold first dining experience.

However, fans of The Big Lebowski will appreciate the wide range of White Russian cocktails while film lovers will know how handy Lebowskis is for several Edinburgh cinemas.

The burger menu is a highlight at Lebowskis.

Five classic and around half a dozen seasonal burgers can be tweaked and customised ad infinitum with an array of cheeses, sauces, meat toppings and veg sides.

There are chicken, veggie, venison, haddock and pulled pork variations but the aged, mince rump steak pattie is at the heart of the ever popular burger offer at Lebowskis.
