With the help of their young family they started the business from nothing as it was formerly a bakers shop.
Named after the Martello tower in the leith docks.
He changed the name to Pierinos in the early 90s after the shops first refit.
Through sheer hard work and determination the business grew to possibly one of the best and well known takeaways in Leith and Edinburgh!
Pierinos is now run by his sons Domenico & Adriano who are continually expanding the business working hard to serve great food and great service to the people of leith and edinburgh!

This beautifully re-vamped Victorian bar is easily one of the best Leith has to offer, with a good selection of beers, which the lovely staff will often encourage you to sample, and the food a step up from your usual pub grub.
